Last week, GIA Trade & Exhibition Centre had the honour of co-hosting the Netherlands–Guangzhou Conference on the Promotion and Exchange of New Energy and Remanufacturing Industries. The event welcomed a high-level delegation from the Guangzhou government and business community, alongside innovators and representatives from across the Netherlands.
Our focus was on strengthening international cooperation in the fields of circular economy, remanufacturing, and new energy, the conference served as a dynamic platform for sharing insights, exploring business opportunities, and deepening mutual understanding between the two regions.
The program opened with remarks from our General Manager for China, Mr. Li Ying, and continued with a series of engaging talks from both Dutch and Chinese speakers. Topics ranged from cutting-edge energy technologies to sustainable logistics and circular design, all highlighting the potential for future partnerships and joint initiatives.
To close the day, guests gathered for a networking dinner — a relaxed and lively setting where ideas continued to flow and new connections were made. The informal atmosphere encouraged deeper conversations and laid the groundwork for collaboration beyond the conference room.
We’re proud to have facilitated such a meaningful exchange and thank all participants for their contributions. A heartfelt thank you to everybody who attended!
